Rosemary-Basil Tea

If you've never tried it before, I suggest you start now :)

You can do this two ways, you can just use the rosemary, or you can include the basil as well if you so desire.

Basil has been found helpful in reliving pains and is rich in vitamins A,C and K. Not only to be used in your delectable pastas but your teas as well! It's also known to reduce stress and is high in iron and rich in antioxidants.

Rosemary, this fragrant evergreen herb is also a good source of iron, calcium and Vitamin B-6. Possible health benefits include: improved concentration and digestion.

Rosemary is a rich source of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds, which are thought to help boost the immune system and improve blood circulation.

So What Do You Need?

  1. Rosemary - I recommend 2 short sprigs as shown in the picture

  2. Basil - 5 to 6 leaves

  3. 1 Teaspoon of Honey

Mix the ingredients into a tea-pot and let sit for about 5-7 minutes. Then serve :)
