You don't even need to add that tablespoon of sugar you've always been reaching for!

I prefer to use Steel-Cut Oats as it satisfies my hunger much longer. What are the health benefits to eating oats?
They are a good source of fiber and contain more protein than many other grains.
Contain powerful antioxidants which can help in the reduction of blood pressure.
Oats are high in the soluble fiber beta-glucan, which has numerous benefits. It helps reduce cholesterol and blood sugar levels, promotes healthy gut bacteria and increases feelings of fullness.
Oats will help you to drop the extra pounds since you will be feeling that sense of fullness after having a bowl.
It will relieve constipation.
So What Do You Need? - Serves 2
1 Banana sliced
2 Cups of Oats - 1 for each bowl
Granola - Any desirable amount
2 Teaspoons Chia Seeds
1 Cup of Milk - 1/2 milk in each bowl
1 Cup of Water approx.
Separate the oats into two bowls and even it out.
Heat water in a kettle and when hot, pour just enough to nearly touch the surface, covering the oats to cook it.
Let sit for 2 mins.
Add 1/2 cup of milk in each bowl and stir.
Place granola, bananas sliced and chia seeds on top and serve!
Just like that, you've made a healthy breakfast :)
