Everything In Moderation. Except Avocado.

Avocado is high in healthy fats and is loaded with healthy monosaturated fatty acids. Avocados are also loaded with fiber. Soluble fiber is known for feeding the friendly gut bacteria in your intestine, which are very important for optimal body function. About 25% of the fiber in avocado is soluble while 75% is insoluble.
Not only do avocados increase antioxidant absorption from other foods, they are also high in antioxidants themselves.
Now I don't need to tell you that they are not only healthy but a delicious side dish that can complement any meal. This morning I decided to indulge in Avocado Toasts and incorporate a few things with them to make a healthy breakfast!
