Kale Smoothie Take 2!

A beautiful, delicious source of Iron ;)


Let's jump right into it:

  1. 3 Kale Leaves

  2. 1 Banana

  3. 2 Teaspoons Peanut Butter

  4. 1/2 Cup Milk

  5. 1/2 Cup Water

  6. 3 Blocks of Ice

Here's what to do:

Chop Kale leaves and banana and add to the blender.

Then add your peanut butter, milk, water and blend.

When smooth, add your ice cubes in and blend again!


If you want, add a pinch of nutmeg on top of your serving for taste.
