Kale Smoothie!

Enjoy another way to have Kale in your diet!

So as I promised, another Kale recipe! As you know, Kale is a superfood, meaning that there are so many nutrients and health benefits to it! So let's get to it!


So What Do You Need?

For this recipe I used: (Made 3 Cups)

  1. 4 Kale Leaves with the stem removed

  2. 1 Tablespoon of Chia Seeds

  3. 2 Frozen Bananas

  4. !/2 Pineapple

  5. 1/2 cup of water

Ensure the bananas are frozen, since they give the smoothie it's chilled property without needing to add ice.

Cut the bananas into quarters after frozen.

Add Kale and 1/2 water to the blender and chop this up for a few seconds.

Add the bananas and chop in the blender until smooth.

Dice the pineapple into small cubes.

Finally add the Pineapple and Chia Seeds to the mix and blend for a few more seconds until the entire mixture is consistent.


NOTE:

Pay attention to the bananas, since they're frozen they will need extra time to blend.



And there you go! A delightful Kale smoothie!


Do You Need To Add Sugar?


Definitely not! The sweetness from the bananas and the pineapple are just enough to add flavor! NO unnecessary sugar needed! Enjoy your smoothie the healthy way.
