Sunday Morning Blues - How about some granola, yogurt and fruit to give your body all the necessary ingredients to perform at its best this week!


So What Do You Need?

  1. Fruits! - I've used Kiwi, Peaches and Strawberries. However you can try this with Bananas, Grapes and Blueberries as well! Skies the limit

  2. Yogurt - Try your best to stick to plain yogurt, i.e. either plain greek, vanilla or custard but keep it simple.

  3. Granola - Whichever suits your fancy. You know my favorite is Gracious Grains for Starlite Trinidad!

  4. Chia Seeds


Set the yogurt to the bottom of the bowl and add all the remaining ingredients to the top!
