Delectable Banana Bread

Let me teach you the secret to making this delightfully moist and impeccably tasty.


For a Gluten-Free option, recommended use of Almond Flour instead of Baker's Flour.


INGREDIENTS

Ripened Bananas. The real secret to a moist Banana Bread. Grab them from your Local Vendor or use them from your Beautiful Kitchen.


If you want the subtle taste of the bananas, use only three (3). If you prefer it to be just about right, use four (4) ripened bananas.


  1. 2 Cups of Baker's Flour (Or Gluten-Free Almond Flour)

  2. 1/2 Cup of White Sugar

  3. 1/2 Cup of Softened Butter

  4. 1 Cup of Chocolate Chips (Optional)

  5. 2 Eggs

  6. 2 Tablespoons Milk

  7. 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence

  8. 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder

  9. 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda

  10. 1/4 Teaspoon Salt


BAKING STEPS:

  1. Mash Ripened Bananas using a fork and add Vanilla Essence.

  2. Combine these dry ingredients in one bowl - Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda and Salt. Keep Sugar separate.

  3. In your Final Mixing Bowl, cream the Softened Butter and Sugar together for about (1) minute.

  4. To the Softened Butter and Sugar, add the Eggs and Milk. Beat well then add Mashed Bananas to the mixture, mixing for 1-2 minutes.

  5. Switch to using a baking spatula from this point forward.

  6. Add the Dry Ingredients to the Wet Ingredients and mix just enough so that the Dry Ingredients are 'wet'. A good tell is when there is no sign of Dry Flour within the mixture.

  7. Mix in 1/2 Cup or 3/4 Cup of Chocolate Chips.

  8. Preheat your oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit.

  9. Use a bread pan approximately 8.5" in length x 4.5" in width, either line with parchment paper or grease using butter. Parchment Paper is highly recommended, simply fold over the long side.

  10. Pour the mixture into the pan and sprinkle the remaining amount of Chocolate Chips.

  11. Sit back and enjoy the glorious scent of Banana Bread baking in your home for 45-50 minutes.

  12. Check with a skewer and be careful to not overbake.

  13. Allow to cool for 20 minutes before serving.


Serve a hearty slice with Whipped Cream or Frosting and Enjoy :)
